I'm an emaciated apple but you can still tell I'm an apple. Most women my size and weight have no belly, and I still have mine. Its not like what it used to be, but its still there. I had a 34-35" waist on my 125lb small frame. No back fat though, all belly.
Right now I'm at 106lbs and I'm at 26" but its still soft. I guess that's just how I am.

*edited for typo on waist measurements

I, too, am apple shaped :( It sucks! But, with hard work we can change it, ladies! We just have to work a bit harder than women with the other shapes. I would KILL to be a cute little pear shape and I can't even IMAGINE being a va va voom hourglass. Those chicks don't know how good they've got it, I swear lol. I've been doing Jillian Michaels DVDs at home and also spin class twice a week and I've about got mine worked off. Still working on toning up more though.

Here are my before and afters, we CAN get rid of our bellies!!

I'm an apple shape. I only gain (for the most part) in my belly and back. I've lost 32 lbs and it shows in my middle. I'm 5'1.5" tall and now weigh 103. I started about 135.

lol... thanks for posting it. I couldn't get it to work.

Wow, you look awesome. 135 is not a lot of weight...but because of your height, it looks much bigger on you. You look great....totally different.

thanks. I know, for most 135 is goal weight but since I'm so short, it looks like so much more.

You did everything correct for posting pictures...the only thing that you needed to change was the [MG] to lower case .

Thank you!! And no problem! We definitely need more posters though! It was hard for me to find bodies I could identify with when I started living a healthier lifestyle. I always used to think I was the only one who was shaped like me lol.

    What does 'apple' mean.,

Means you hold or gain most of your weight in your upper body. Belly, chest, back, with smaller legs.

Bump! I have always had muscular legs, no butt, narrow hips but plenty of fat on my belly and back. Please tell me I will get rid of it one day!
