    Wow, that is a major achievement. I can't even imagine the hard work and discipline it took to achieve that much loss. Congrats on your health improvement too. Please share any tips.

    We just had a class about rewarding yourself with a non-food item. Maybe a massage or some type of treat for yourself. Here is a big pat on the back, slap, slap, slap attaboy!!!

    I am off ALL meds now, my blood pressure and diabetes are no longer a problem. I went to the doctor for a check up today and my blood work came back with all levels in the normal range.

    That is really awesome, expecially that you are healthy!!!
