What is your biggest tip or tips? I had gestational diabetes and if I don't drop some weight I have a 60% chance of getting type 2. I want to prevent diabetes all together and that is why I joined MFP.
I think exercise is what helps alot with diabetes. I walk about 10-12 miles a week. My A1C was around 7 and now its at 5.4. Ask you doctor about an exercise routine.0 -
