Congrats! What an inspiration you are! Did you do this with diet and exercise alone? I had gastric bypass Dec 12th 2011 and have lost 99 pounds so far, but have a really long way to go. I could not do it alone. Very AMAZING accomplishment!!! Thank you for sharing!

What is your biggest tip or tips? I had gestational diabetes and if I don't drop some weight I have a 60% chance of getting type 2. I want to prevent diabetes all together and that is why I joined MFP.
