I graduated high school a year early, salutatorian of my class, went to a college semester a week later for a special program for exceptional students (50 chosen statewide), came home, and got pregnant by a drug-addict ex-carnie three months later.
Did I mention he was also technically homeless when we hooked up?
I picked a winner, and he only got better from there.

Oooooooh - the best part? He was 28 to my 17 years old.

About four years ago, I played blackjack weekly as a way to make extra money. I don't even think I'm that good, I just followed basic strategy. It helped in a pinch and since then, I maybe play once a year.

I had brain surgery when I was 13...I thought the worse part was that they had to shave my head...lol....I guess I was not worried cause I had already been in surgery like 5 times when I was a kid for my ear...plus somehow I just knew I was gonna make it out just fine.

I lived without running water for 10 years.

    How? I need more explanation.....HOW?

Well I lived in a small village in Alaska (Venetie) where my parents taught till age 6. There are like 4 homes that have running water.. We had a "honey bucket" for the toliet (google), and we showered at the school which was right next to the house (Like 100 feet away). Mom and dad carried 5 gallon bucket from the school, (Dad was the principle), to the house to wash dishes in.

Then, from 6yrs-10yrs we moved to Hawaii and bought land. And we bathed in the streams, and home made showers: boiled water on a fire, dumped into a bucket, and hoisted into the air.

Dad made our plumbing, electricity, house, farm, and built our house and after age 10, lived like normal people!

    I loved my childhood.

Parent bought a place here in alaska 3 years ago, and this is the same way I spent last summer, as my dad builds the house....
