    This is fantastic! You look great, what a transformation! Gives me hope. Started at 215, lost about 11 lbs hoping to go down to 150-160. Very slow going. I remain near 1000 cal, mostly low carb and walk couple of hrs (3m/hr)/3-4 times a week. I am not hungry but keep on reading, I should be eating more in order not to slow down my metabolic rate. I am afraid that if I force myself to eat more I won't loose any wgt. Any tips? Thanks for sharing!

    Wow, this is so inspiring. Thank you for sharing. I'm just starting out my journey losing weight, and seeing your story and how well you've done has really showed me that I can do this. I've had a couple doubts in my mind that I'll be able to continue on this path. This shows me that hard work pays off and I just need to stick to my goals and work hard. Thank you for that. :)
