Fema frozen mix veggies, egge whites, skinny cow ice cream for the craving days that could lead you to a bad place. 140 cal. For a sandwich.

Lot's of good foods mentioned here. Thanks everyone, you gave me some good ideas of things to add to my grocery list for tomorrow. :]

So far my only "staple" has been steamer bags of frozen veggies. Though I don't like to microwave them in the plastic bag they come in, so I usually wind up steaming them myself on the stove.

I'll vouch for the SO Delicious brand, tried it the other day. I got the mini bars and they tasted like licking Mounds bars, very tasty only not like junk food, like it really had good things in it. I'd definitely buy them again on occasion and eat them now and again. Hm, though I'm not sure I've seen the sugar free? The type I purchased was pretty low on carbs so either the product is in general or I did get the sugar free and never noticed the label.

Great question! I am fairly new here too and I was so confused with everyone's 'bumps'.
I Googled it and found if you post 'bump' or any word will do, it will save that topic under "My Topics" and can be read later.
