potato chips have always been my greatest weakness...
if you make these and "bag" them for say the next day, are they still as good? crispy? Or are they to be eaten straight out of the micowave? Has anyone actually tried it with the sweet potato yet - I read a lot of people saying they were going too.0 -

Tried these and they were amazing!
I don't like using the microwave so will have to try making these in the oven next time.
I just added some organic herbal salt mix and that's it. Yum.
One thing I noticed: If you bake these in multiple little patches, don't put them all together into a bowl, they release some moisture/steam and will get moist and lose the crisp!0 -

I made these a few days ago. They were so good but glad I only made one potato because I would have went over my calories for the day. I found the recipe on a different website and it said to lay them on a paper towel. yeah, DON'T do that unless you want little pieces of hard burned paper stuck to your chips.0

oh yes , I;ve had them ,and they are great , and very crunchy. I bought a special plate (which you don't need ) obviously . Anyway , yes quick and very yummy , I just add a bit of sea salt .0
