    do you have spray oil? spray your glass microwave tray with oil and lay potatoes on....a little more clean up but works great :)

    You can do the exact same thing, minus the oil, in the microwave. Just thinly slice the potato and arrange it on a plate or even a paper towel and nuke it for like 4-5 minutes. Not *quite* as crunchy as oven chips but still pretty good.
