I think I might be crazy or addicted to running. I left home at 4:30 am to meet a running group for 4:45 am. What in the world? My alarm for work doesn't go off until 5:45 am. I ran my 3.14 miles in under 40 minutes, stretched, went home, and got ready for work. To my surprise I wasn't tired all day. Humm? Might have to try that one again.

I moved my @ss 6.25 miles today. .5.25 Running/fFAST walking on T.M. and 1 mile cool down on the bike PLUS my Jillian Michaels Body Rev workout!!! I had a great calorie burn!!!

Checking in - added a 3 mile run on Saturday - Sunday a 3 mile run and 2.5 mile beach walk and then another 3 mile run and 2.5 mile beach walk on Monday - so this brings my total to 25.5 / 80 for the month!0

This sounds like a great way to get into being accountable for my exercise...so I'm in. SInce I'm a walker and not sure how many miles I can do, I'll go with a total of 700 minutes of walking for the month.
