    Couldn't ride my bike today so I did my own personal 5K. I'm not really a runner but I wanted to see if I could do it without walking. I did.

    As I sit here on my lazy *kitten* today, I keep seeing more and more posts of everyone else moving *kitten*! Wowsers you guys and gals are killing it this month. :smokin: It's almost embarassing and making me want to run on my rest day. :embarassed: You ALL ROCK!!! :drinker:

    4 miles walked today & 1 hour rode on the bike (but not sure how many miles on the bike so not logging that)....20 miles to go!

    Not really a runner?!? Well, it seems as if you are! Wow! Good job!

    Yesterday took a couple of unexpected (but not terrible) turns, so I got in one measly mile walking the dog. Today, a 3.5-mile run and 2.5 miles walking.

    Off to a hotel for the weekend, and hoping for a decent place to run or a lovely hotel treadmill.

    Finally on track. got an exercise bike and have been loving watching movies and exercising good way to do something i love with something that could be horribly boring. but moving in the right direction may still have a chance of making my goal.

    Yeah, I can attest to the extreme wind and heat here today! Good for you! My dog refused to walk this afternoon.

    Ran 5K yesterday evening in 3/1 run/walk intervals. My thing with running is that I'm not a natural runner, meaning that I have to work for months to get to a certain level of fitness. I slack for a few days and it's all gone :grumble:
