    I am in again, don't think I will get to 38 hours like I did in April, as I have a couple of weekends away this month, but hope to do the 24 hours.

    is any form of exercise ok? my exercise is a brisk walk for at least 60mins a day....will that count?
    cant keep up a jog for more than 1 and a half minutes yet :embarassed:

    I;m in this sounds like it would be greta to do.. I walk everyday before work and ride a stationary bike in the evenings. Now I have to set times and make sure I do it everyday.. Thanks for the Challenge.:flowerforyou:
