    I am IN! This sounds like a great tough challenge for the month.

    1st May - 110 mins (30 mins spinning/40 mins weights class/40 mins walk) :smile:

    Let's hope the rest of the month continues in this vein eh?!

    yes i know it is lame, but I'm unfit and my back operation means I can't do much vigourous stuff so yeah..... :)

    No not lame!! I mainly only do walking and i've lost 13 lbs so far!!!! Keep it up and it will def help you!!

    Yeah, no....I exercise 4 days/week, for about 30 mins, and it's working so far.

    That's 2 hours a week...8 hours a month...

    BUT ROCK ON to you guys who are doing it....that's 3x as much as I work out. Maybe I'll join next month!
