    This is my first day signed up with "myfitnesspal" and I'm definately in. I do 90 minutes of Jujitsu at least 2x a week!

    I'm in!! I won't be able to log in too often (mainly using my phone and ipod at the moment) but I'll definitly keep track and try my hardest to get to 24 :D

    I'm in! First time doing a challenge on MFP.

    May 1st: 62 min. of Plyo legs and 8lb med ball core work.

    Do we just keep coming back to this thread to log our results?

    is any form of exercise ok? my exercise is a brisk walk for at least 60mins a day....will that count?
    cant keep up a jog for more than 1 and a half minutes yet :embarassed:

    I;m in this sounds like it would be greta to do.. I walk everyday before work and ride a stationary bike in the evenings. Now I have to set times and make sure I do it everyday.. Thanks for the Challenge.:flowerforyou:
