I;m in this sounds like it would be greta to do.. I walk everyday before work and ride a stationary bike in the evenings. Now I have to set times and make sure I do it everyday.. Thanks for the Challenge.:flowerforyou:

I am tempted to include "swaying" since I did a fair bit of that at a Lemonheads gig last night But am guessing it wasn't much of a calorie burn anyway!

Roll on the weekend - I am going to aim for at least 4 hours of exercise including a long forest walk so fingers crossed for better weather.

I went back in April to check out how many I did and I did like 23.488 or something ridiculous like that...I yelled DAMMIT I almost did it in April. So I am determined to get it done in May!0 -

Am in even though May has already started. I will do the 24 Hour challenge. Super excited as this is my first challenge ever. I agree, I will start with longer walks with my dogs and taking all my breaks for extra walks. I feel good;)0
