I'm cheap so I just put my ID inside my armband for my phone. if something bad happens someone will get smart enough to look behind my phone.

My Dh is all super freaked about something happening to me when I run. I got a shoe ID with the thought , well if it's on my running shoes I won't forget it. Well never occured to me until this thread my shoe could come off. Guess I will be ordering a second one for my wrist. I usually have phone and IPOD when I run. Mine just says my name and dh's name and his phone number

    Nothing.

The police, hospital or EMS would know who I am. (its a small town).

Right now I am using the RoadID app. I plan on getting a RoadID proper soon, though.

I didn't used to take anything, but my uncle (a firefighter/EMT) was pretty vocal about that not being a good idea. I guess he's seen enough instances where it was needed. Now I tuck my ID in the side of my shoe. I'm interested to see what a Road ID is. I'll have to check that out.

huh. This is why MFP is awesome. It has literally never occurred to me to carry ID and I didn't know RoadID existed until I read this thread. Thanks guys!

Same. I didn't know there was such a thing. I'll have to go and look it up.
I have my phone and my keys (they're both in a very small back pack).

I made a dog tag (pink heart) at one of those machines at the store. It has my name and my husband's phone number. It is attached through the laces of my sneaker so I can't forget to put it on.

Glad I saw this! Never occurred to me that I might need anything. Just ordered a roadID.

Here's a neat thing...at the end of my transaction, I was given a code to share that if anyone uses it, I get credited $10 toward their products. If everyone that orders shares their code and it gets used once and that person shares their code...we can pass that $10 credit down the line. :)
