    Short on time today so I dug out my 30DS level 2 - been a while but Body Pump in the meantime made it seem a LITTLE bit easier!

    Bit late for May, so let's try for June :wink: Not just a picture though - you have to do the workout with your navel out! If anyone manages pre-breakdown Britney standards they get a gold star!

    Ooh, I want to play! Watching everybody last month was so inspiring! I'm already planning to start walking and then start C25K this month, in addition to my regular cardio and strength training. I may need to add in a few more planks and body weight exercises to get those abs looking good!


    Also, who wants to run in more than a sports bra in June in southern Louisiana, anyway?

    tips for tummy flattening exercises please that can be done at home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (this is as additional to normal workout/cal counting of course as I know you can't do it by working on one area alone but I need extra help lol)

    Get off the floor! Myself and a lot of friends have found we get more belly reduction from full-body heavy weights workouts plus circuits/aerobics that engage the abs rather than sit-ups. For me, kettlebell swings, dumbbell wood chops, Tae Bo and exercises like side planks with tuck-unders do the business.

    Fairly laid-back weekend exercise and tracking-wise, but I did get a good swim in yesterday. Done mindfully, it uses far more core muscles than you'd think!

    Pizza, Beer, cake and no exercise. Not a good start I am either going to have to up my game or buy a wide angle lens for the end of the month photograph.

    First warm, sunny evening of the year tonight so took myself out for a wee jog round the block to test out a few twinges. It was glorious at the time, but twinges not happy now! :ohwell:
