    tips for tummy flattening exercises please that can be done at home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (this is as additional to normal workout/cal counting of course as I know you can't do it by working on one area alone but I need extra help lol)

    Get off the floor! Myself and a lot of friends have found we get more belly reduction from full-body heavy weights workouts plus circuits/aerobics that engage the abs rather than sit-ups. For me, kettlebell swings, dumbbell wood chops, Tae Bo and exercises like side planks with tuck-unders do the business.

    Fairly laid-back weekend exercise and tracking-wise, but I did get a good swim in yesterday. Done mindfully, it uses far more core muscles than you'd think!

    Pizza, Beer, cake and no exercise. Not a good start I am either going to have to up my game or buy a wide angle lens for the end of the month photograph.

    First warm, sunny evening of the year tonight so took myself out for a wee jog round the block to test out a few twinges. It was glorious at the time, but twinges not happy now! :ohwell:

    i am in...i just completed a biggest loser challenge so i have before pics from may 1st already so i will have the comparison ready for june 1...i also have a wedding to goto on june 8th so this will kick me into high gear!
