What song pushes you harder during your workouts?

Eye of the Tiger (for real, it's just so ridiculous that I love it)
Anything heavy. I like angry metal. I feel like I push myself harder when I channel my anger into workouts, so angry songs help a lot. "Orchids" by Stonesour is one of my favorites. Really, just anything I can use to scream at people (in my head, of course...I think screaming lyrics in the gym would get me some strange looks ).0 -

Anything hardcore. Pantera, Anthrax, Metallica, Slayer. Anything that is hard and heavy. Angry metal is the answer.0

70's rock -- really depends upon the era you were raised. For me, it was the 70's. All of the memories of childhood, parents, friends and what I was doing when, are very inspiring.0

For running, as much as I love angry metal, I've found I run faster and more effortlessly to LMFAO. Party Rock Anthem, Sexy and I Know It, Shots, Get Out of Your Mind. I feel like I'm pushing harder to metal, but I'm still about 10 seconds faster per mile to party rock. :laugh:0

Foo Fighters - nothing like Dave Grohl screaming at you for half an hour to keep you motivated.0

When I used to listen to my iPod when I ran as soon a Du Haust came on I'd crank the treadmill up and just go all out. If I was having a really crappy run I'd throw it on just to get me in the right mind.
When I took a cycling class a friend of mine was teaching Du Haust was a must and everyone wanted to throw things at me when it came on LOL!0 -
