I've not been a member for very long but since I love music it's no surprise this would be my first post. I've seen some great suggestions for my cardio playlist from these posts and I wanted to contribute.
I do like 'sexy' pop: Pit Bull, Usher, Black Eyed Peas, Justin Timberlake, etc. but I'm definitely one of the 'angry alt metal' people.
Some of my favorites I haven't seen mentioned:

"Sound of Madness" by Shinedown
"Give it Away" by Red Hot Chili Peppers
"Minority" by Green Day
