    For running, as much as I love angry metal, I've found I run faster and more effortlessly to LMFAO. Party Rock Anthem, Sexy and I Know It, Shots, Get Out of Your Mind. I feel like I'm pushing harder to metal, but I'm still about 10 seconds faster per mile to party rock. :laugh:

    When I used to listen to my iPod when I ran as soon a Du Haust came on I'd crank the treadmill up and just go all out. If I was having a really crappy run I'd throw it on just to get me in the right mind.

    When I took a cycling class a friend of mine was teaching Du Haust was a must and everyone wanted to throw things at me when it came on LOL!

    When I do JM30DS I turn her on mute and pump up club/todays hits on pandora - anything that has me moving even during the warm up is great. LMFAO and Pitbull are favorites of mine.

    The only songs that I can jog to are Shake It-Metro Station and Footloose. and I don't jog much, but those work great for me.

    One of the last songs to play for my workout mix is Kelly Clarkson's "Stronger"...just my little reminder that pushing through those last reps, taking it as far as I can possibly go, will be worth it in the end.
