You Give Love a Bad Name by Bon Jovi and Bottoms Up by Trey Songz and Nicki Minaj. They get me going every time.0

For running, as much as I love angry metal, I've found I run faster and more effortlessly to LMFAO. Party Rock Anthem, Sexy and I Know It, Shots, Get Out of Your Mind. I feel like I'm pushing harder to metal, but I'm still about 10 seconds faster per mile to party rock. :laugh:0
