Just gobbled down 1/2 of a Panera Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with some type of pecan maple spread.
OMG. Delish. But I have to log it now and face my demons!0 -
Blue Bell Caramel Turtle Fudge ice cream last night. It was delicious! Part of me always starting a diet and failing was due to feeling deprived. So if I get a craving, I usually give in without regrets :bigsmile:0

We had part of a chocolate stampede from long horn left over from when we ate out recently. I had a few bites. I am slowly, but surely not really craving super sweet stuff like this.0

I'm all for treats and I eat them on a daily basis--yep good old "bad" foods
Last thing was probably the 3 musketeers yesterday morning. You??
Since I log everything, nothing is "bad", just "suboptimal".
The last "suboptimal" thing I ate was about 3/4 cup of Giffords "LL Bean Muddy Boot" Ice Cream. I upped my cardio workout and made up for it. Still went over for the day, but I had a deficit from the previous day anyway.0 -
Skinny cow ice-cream sandwiches ...Yum

Probably the taco salad I made for dinner last night (even though I made it with ground chicken instead of beef and literally made a salad with just a little taco toppings on it)0

It wasn't what I ate but more like what I drank: Half a pitcher (full size) Margarita with some chips and salsa. It was last week. I think I added about 800 calories for it. It was worth every oz.0

The other day I ate cheezits, a candy bar and a brownie. That is not my usual habit though. I try my best to stay away from junk but some days I just want something pleasurable. Crackers are my worst downfall. The key is not to let it happen very often. I am on maintenance so am very happy I didn't gain from my binge. Exercise is the key. Good luck everybody.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the white cheddar kind.0
