    Just gobbled down 1/2 of a Panera Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with some type of pecan maple spread.

    Blue Bell Caramel Turtle Fudge ice cream last night. It was delicious! Part of me always starting a diet and failing was due to feeling deprived. So if I get a craving, I usually give in without regrets :bigsmile:

    We had part of a chocolate stampede from long horn left over from when we ate out recently. I had a few bites. I am slowly, but surely not really craving super sweet stuff like this.

    Last thing was probably the 3 musketeers yesterday morning. You??

    Since I log everything, nothing is "bad", just "suboptimal". :)

    The last "suboptimal" thing I ate was about 3/4 cup of Giffords "LL Bean Muddy Boot" Ice Cream. I upped my cardio workout and made up for it. Still went over for the day, but I had a deficit from the previous day anyway.

    It wasn't what I ate but more like what I drank: Half a pitcher (full size) Margarita with some chips and salsa. It was last week. I think I added about 800 calories for it. It was worth every oz.

    Well, I had homemade pizza last night (bread, cheese, sausage and pepperoni, oh my!) and I had Dunking Donuts for breakfast yesterday (not my best looking diary for sure, but it was worth it!)
