    Coffee. Hot. Black. No sugar.

Very few calories, and a little potassium which you need if you're working out, plus a little caffeine which is an excellent appetite suppressant.

You get to use the gift cards and carry around the trendy Starbucks cup (or use some of your gift card money to buy a nice travel mug!) without any significant caloric intake, and some actual health benefits.

i drink whatever I want, i used to do full flavor and the grandes, have no switched to non-fat no whip and the tall size...these are treats, i enjoy them. This week i have had a grander skinny mocha frappucino with a shot of espresso-this is 130 calories.

    depends on the weather

if it's cool enough, french pressed coffee (medium/dark roast)

if it's hot, iced americano with half a splenda

iced grande nonfat caramel machaitto with caramel drizzle on the inside :) yum!

I think you can get it 'skinny' as well (nonfat syrup), but I never have.

There's a half-price Frappucino "Happy Hour" May 4 - 13, 3 to 5. I probably will take some advantage of it. :frown:

I always get a Grande Pike Misto with non-fat milk. it is only 70 calories and tastes like a latte! sometimes i add a pump of sugar free vanilla or caramel syrup if i want something sweet. you get the kick from coffee, the sweetness of the sugar free vanilla/caramel, and some skim milk! low calorie FULL flavor. and costs less than a latte, too!

Nothing. I make my coffee at home and spend my money on yarn. It lasts longer and is a lot more fun.

    Tall skinny iced mocha

One day my order got messed up and I discovered the most delicious thing ever. The venti skim iced white mocha is 450 calories of heaven.

White hot chocolate with caramel, nonfat milk, and whipped cream. If I'm feeling good, I'll have a chocolate drizzle with the caramel.

I honestly usually get a black coffee with 2splenda. If I'm feeling a little bold I'll get a coffee frappachino or really really bold a while chocolate mocha...but the last two are usually special occasions

Cold -- Tall iced latte with 1 pump of peppermint -- 120 calories
Hot -- Tall latte with 1 pump of peppermint -- 170 calories.

If I don't have the calories for one of those choices, I'll have a drip coffee (either hot or iced) and add half and half although I haven't figured out how to measure how much I put in. Any suggestions?
