    Starbucks makes me laugh. I love going into a Starbucks, but yeah, ordering "their way" is a hassle. Case in point: I wanted brewed coffee, poured over ice, delivered in a clear plastic cup, that I could drink with a straw. I ordered it as an iced coffee, no sugar or anything added to it...just an iced coffee. They said they didn't have that. Apparently their iced coffee comes premixed and already cold? I don't care what you want to CALL it, just ring up whatever passes in the Starbucks language as coffee on ice. Sheesh.

    I'm among the ranks of brew-it-yourself-at-home fans, usually. No brand preference - just whatever whole beans I can find for a reasonable price at the store. Could be Starbucks, could be store brand, could be DD, whatever...only Seattle's Best has turned out badly for me...it just tastes burnt.
