Mine is 18, 5ft7 (170cm), 76kg (about 167lb) and 36%
My aim is to lose about 15kg (30lb)

When I started working out, I was at 229, and 34+%body fat. Ive still got a long ways to go, but even when I was younger, and weighed less, my body fat percentage was always high. This is the first time in my life that Ive been in the "acceptable" range and not "obese" as far as body fat percentage goes.0 -

Self-test with calipers gives 28%.
