43 years old. 120lbs, 5'4. My scale says anywhere from 26-29%, which, according to the scale means I'm obese >:-/ It was 32%, so I guess I'm making progress...

My goal is 18-20% I just started lifting heavy, so I am hopeful.

That is in the normal range. Upwards of 30 is obese.

I'm 19 years young, 5.7'', 141 lbs, and according to my scale 22% body fat.

& I think fit to fat is a rip off, mostly because it just told me I'm 37 pounds over what I should be, as well as 26.2% body fat, and that 104 is healthy. Yeah, I may have some weight on, but my body can't afford to be under 127 pounds without making me look like skeletor, thanks. Not to mention I have an athletic build that makes me often look like I'm at least ten pounds lighter than I am.

    According to http://www.freedieting.com/tools/body_fat_calculator.htm
    Body Fat: 18.3%
    Fat Weight 25.8 lbs
    Lean Weight 115.2 lbs
This actually seems pretty realistic for my body.

    35 year old woman, 5 foot, 7 1/2 inches

    Calipers: 28.2%

Online Miltary Calculator (used by Navy) 25.4%

    Fat2Fit Radio calculator 16.6%

There is NO WAY the Fat2Fit is accurate, that's a joke--I really just go by the calipers. As long as the number keeps going down, that's all I care about. :flowerforyou:

    I'm a 5'10" 28 year old woman and weigh around 155-160 lbs.

Depending on the calculator used - online (several different sites), calipers, and the scale, I am anywhere between 18-24%.

Based on the mirror, and taking the average of all of these, I would say I am 21-ish%.

    I like this calculator. It gave me a BF% of 21% :-)
  • So post your age, height, weight and BF% please :)

    19 years, 5' 5, 146lbs.

I tried many different online sites and between them all it's somewhere 26% - 31%

    I'd like to lose another 10% - 15% more

    Yeah, I like it too--It gave me a BF% of 18.68%

Unfortunately, that is ridiculously low and in no way accurate. I really have zero faith in these online calculators. This one asks for your age, sex, your weight, and your waist--that's it! Seriously?? Not even your height?? ROFL!! That's just ludicrous--sorry.

Damn straight, I'd LOVE to be at 18.68%, but it's a long way off in reality.

Haha. Yeah. It told me 22%. I freakin' wish. If I were 22% I'd have about 160 lbs of lean mass.

Did a 7 point caliper test 3 times in different places and came up with 13.5, I figure more around 16-18% though.
