Thanks for sharing.. i don't like Peanut Butter.. Is there anything I can substitute it with?
Almond butter, sunflower butter will probably do, I've substituted them for peanut butter with great results!0 -
Made these today, but used 6 tablespoons of Chocolate P2B and Almond Milk with Vanilla Creme Whey. Then put it in a mini cupcake pan.
Made 24 bites at 43 cal a piece. Very yummy, the only mistake was I added a cup of Almond milk and they are a little "wet".
Very good though!0 -

Bump for others as I just made something similar today.
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 scoops protein powder (mine was 24g)
1 T cocoa
1/2 cup water or milk (I used water)
I used a small cookie scoop and got 25 cookies. Froze them. You could add some flax seed or chopped nuts if you need more fat.
Macros each cookie---
70 cals
5 g carbs
6 g protein
3 g fat0 -
Can anyone convert this for me please, how much is a cup in grammes (or does it work like that)?
I live my life referring to www.onlineconversion.com. On this website, you can convert ANYTHING.0 -

This recipe is from a youtube channel, so all credit goes to him.
Just made them turned out great, but it is rather high cal.

1/2 cup of any milk
4 scoops of whey protein
1. Mix dry ingredients first (oatmeal and whey protein)
2. Put Milk and peanut butter in microwave safe plate and let it melt a little for 30-35 maybe 60 secs.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Spray pam or grease a small rectangular container and put batter in. Even out with hands.
5. Put in refrigerator (and maybe freezer) for 2 hours.
6. Take out and cut in 8 slices (possible serving size)
I used 4 tbsp peanut butter...8 servings come out to this approx. nutritional info:

Here is my protein ball recipe -
Arbonne Protein Balls
1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
3/4 cup honey or agave nectar
1 cup Arbonne Protein powder, chocolate or vanilla (3 scoops)
1 cup oats
The next two are only if you have them, if not, it is fine!
2 scoops Fiber Booster (if you have it, you won’t even know it’s is there, good place to sneak it into your diet)
2 tablespoons Flax Seed (another one to throw in if you have it, just because it’s good for you)
1. Microwave peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl for 90 seconds.
2. Mix in Arbonne Protein Powder.
3. Stir in oats.
4. Wait for it to cool a little and roll into tablespoon sized balls. Makes about 40.
Per ball:
74 calories
9 grams carbs
3 grams fat
2 grams protein0 -
