Save your self the trouble and just have a Body By Vi Shake. They are so much better for you and taste just like cake every time.
    2 scoops vi mix
8-10 oz of milk, almond milk etc
    few ice cubes.
    Blend.
    CAKE! :)
    Plus cheaper too! :)

If you love this recipe then you will loove the Body By Visalus weightloss shakes. Its a shake mix that taste like a cake mix. And there are 100 different flavours you can turn your shake into without having to drink the same tasting smoothie. I added a banana and some cinnamon to the shake mix along with milk and ice and it tasted exactly like banana bread !

Or you could just use this recipe which costs a fraction of Body By Vi....

It's amazing. I was seriously skeptical..but being on a high protein diet made me try it..damn..it's YUMMY :)

This recipe has TONS of protein. It's probably better for you.

oh my goodness, I'm SOO EXCITED to try these recipes. I like my shakes a little thin, so I think it'll be ok to not add the cottage cheese -- I'm soy-free and dairy-free.

TRY IT! My husband felt this way, but I made him try one of my DD shakes, and he said, "WOW!" You absolutely can't taste the cottage cheese--it just does wonders for the texture though!

I just pinned this recipe. I don't remember if it was this one or another one on the site that said you could use tofu...oh wait, that's soy, too, isn't it? Well, maybe someone who's just dairy-free might be able to use this info!
