oh my goodness, I'm SOO EXCITED to try these recipes. I like my shakes a little thin, so I think it'll be ok to not add the cottage cheese -- I'm soy-free and dairy-free.

Save your self the trouble and just have a Body By Vi Shake. They are so much better for you and taste just like cake every time.
    2 scoops vi mix
8-10 oz of milk, almond milk etc
    few ice cubes.
    Blend.
    CAKE! :)
    Plus cheaper too! :)

    Have a great day!

Cheaper too? I almost died laughing. Seriously. I'm composed again now though. For a moment.

TRY IT! My husband felt this way, but I made him try one of my DD shakes, and he said, "WOW!" You absolutely can't taste the cottage cheese--it just does wonders for the texture though!

I just pinned this recipe. I don't remember if it was this one or another one on the site that said you could use tofu...oh wait, that's soy, too, isn't it? Well, maybe someone who's just dairy-free might be able to use this info!
