    First picture was taken in Sept. 2011, not quite my highest weight. Second picture was taken a month ago. I have lost about 70 pounds. Just starting to see some difference.

    Starting weight- 315.5
    Current weight 243.5
    Inches lost off body- 65"

    My first pic was taken in January 2011 in Fiji - its not even my worst weight.... But its about the only photo I have. I estimate Im about 210lbs here.

    This photo was last month after finishing my first half marathon. I was 145lbs here - Im down to 137lbs now, but havent taken any new photos...! (Maybe this weekend).

    Well I didn't go through that much of a change. I didn't let myself get that big before I decided I wanted to lose weight. So yes I know my change isn't that drastic but I'm still happy with it. I was about 160 in the first picture and 140 in the second. The only place you can really see it is my hip/thigh area.

    The first side is from last month, weight was 205. The second is from today, weight is 196. It's only 10 pounds, but it means the world to me! Got about 20 more to go!

    I started on January 13, 2011 and have been where I'm at now since February 2012. I stopped trying to lose weight I'm working on maintaining and toning up. My next goal is a six pack and running a half marathon. I was gonna do a half in August but instead I'm gonna do a mini triathlon and push the marathon back to when it's a little cooler out
