    I went from tight 38 pants and xl tees to loose 32s and size M shirts! And I have abs! (the bottom 2 abs will never be visible unless I have a tummy tuck)
    You look awesome, but I'm pretty sure you know that already.



    As for me? Well, I used to weigh nearly 300 pounds:

    I love ALL the progress pictures that everyone is posting! Everyone looks amazing!

    For those who asked, a little clarification on my progress. While my before picture is from 2009, it actually took me until August of 2011 to do ANYTHING about it. I found MFP, and started logging - EVERYTHING. I have logged every day since I started. About a month in I added a little exercise - very little - like 20 minutes 2x a week. It was about all I could stand and I truly worried that my heart was going to explode. In October I added Zumba and loved it so much that I do it about 4 - 6x a week. I just added a "boot camp", and boy am I feeling it! But loving it too!
