    I used to weigh almost 300 pounds.
    My tummy isn't perfect - there is some loose skin and stretch marks, but I'm pretty damn proud of it:

    I'm new here but avoiding white flour, sugar of any kind and alcohol really helps. Don't be afraid of healthy fats like avocado, raw nuts and olive oils.

    Progress... I'd lost 20 pounds by the time the first pic was taken, and I started strength training last July, around the time the 2nd photo was taken. Third photo was a little over a week ago.
