I'm 5' 4"
SW: 200.0
CW: 171.6
GW: 125-135.....not sure. It will depend on how I look when I get there. I originally thought 125, but my sister-in-law recently lost a ton of weight and she stopped at 135 and looks fabulous! She is the same height as me, but we have different builds. I will reassess at 135.
How did She lose her "ton of weight"?0 -
Not sure if I replied to this so!

Im 5'5, starting weight was 210. I am now 170 and lost 8 inches off my waist, 5 off each thigh, 2 off each arm, and 6.5 off my hips. Went from a size 15/16 to a size 9/10. Stay motivated and keep working hard! I still have 20-30 more lbs to go but I'm feeling great!0

I just started this past week. My starting weight was 232.8. I'm also 5ft 4in tall. I am hoping to get down to 130-140lbs. I'm learning a lot of new things by just reading the forums. The success threads are very motivating!
Feel free to add me as a friend... anyone0 -

Words of advice-stick with it - log your calories and
Exercise atleast 3 xs a week - walking is great
Doesn't have to be anything crazy- u tube
Has tons of free aerobic videos- treat yourself
After certain losses - my first was when I stepped
On the scale and saw I was under 200 lbs - I cried
Even tho it was 199 I was still NOT 200 lbs-
Most important realize this is hard work it's not easy
It's a lifestyle change that we must stick with
And never give up - good luck0 -

I'm 5'4" and my starting weight was about 250lbs. I'm currently at 130lbs. I guess that you could say this is my goal weight, I never had a set weight in mind. I would really like to tone up more but if I stayed at this weight forever I think I would be happy with that. You can read my whole story on my page if you would like to and look at my pics. Feel free to add me if you would like to.0

I'm 5'5" and started higher than that but
HW 243 (Dec 2010) - Possibly higher, but I didn't weigh myself much...
SW 233 (Aug 2011)
Under 200 - 12/8/11
CW 173
GW 150 - Might seem high, but last time I weighed this my BF% was like 19 & I wore a size 6, which I think is a great size to be.
My goal is the exact same and I am 5'5. I was happy around 170 so 150 would just be amazing!0 -

I'm 5'4 and have been big as long as I can remember. I started back in 08 at 300 and got down to 220 before getting pregnant. I gained most of it back with the pregnancy an never got back on track so gained even more. At 283 I started again, dropped 22lbs then remembered I had MFP back in the day so I came back on here. Lost another 60lbs since!0 -
