Most people are going to "vote" for their close friends that they have on their Friend List... it doesn't mean anything except for the fact that you think this person/s is just plain awesome!!!
I have posted names of guys and gals on both forums... this doesn't mean these are the only hot people on my list... come on i have over 200 friends on my list and cant post all their names on there! the people that i have posted have the most wonderful kind souls that i have met on here and mean the world to me!

Do you truly believe that the color of your skin has to do with that? I think you're beautiful, and trust me, there are many other women on my friends list and off, who are beautiful as well, and the color of their skin isn't even relevant to that. I don't think there's a single other person on this site as a whole, who feels different.
I never understood this about minorities in general. I'm short (very)...short guys are a minority. There's nothing I can do about it...and in EVERY freaking 'turn on' thread...tall guys take the girl. To be honest...I absolutely couldn't care less. Everyone has personal tastes, and it's not MY place to hold that against them.0 -

I agree...and I mean sad as in heartbreaking. First for her level of self esteem, and second for the projection of racism. What threads like this come down to are people who are out there posting in every thread. They're sarcastic, funny, snarky, motivational, and usually pretty easy going, and just plain get along with people. I've seen MANY wonderful posts from this young lady (mostly in lifting threads)...but she's also shy, quiet, and doesn't assert herself (these things are OK!!!). I guarantee that's the ONLY reason she wasn't mentioned.0 -

Thanks I know that neither skin color, height, weight nor looks are important but I've been seeing threads like this & most of the time, its the majority that has been noticed. I don't mean to vent here but this is what I observe when it comes to picking who is the hottest guy/gal, your MFP crush etc. I know this is meant for fun but for those who are not being noticed here, its really gets discouraging.
MFP is meant to support & motivate one another but threads like this ruin the otherwise an excellent objective of this site.0 -
