How do they get the caramel in the Caramilk bar???

they make them upside down so the caramel stays in the chocolate then they pour the base on. like upside down cake

What were you doing wrong for the first year?

Overtraining, not focusing on my diet as much, wrong exercises/whole body exercises, not getting enough rest/sleep, wrong supplements...etc

It's a solid when it's added in the chocolate and an a natural enzyme is added to the caramel. This enzyme, which is found in fruits, is capable of breaking the sucrose into liquid by decomposing it into glucose and fructose. The enzyme takes effect after a given period of time.

The enzyme is called Invertase if you want to look it up.

When people say mine/any natural build can only be achieved from steroid abuse.

Lettuce be cereal, if you train hard, have a good diet, and listen to your body - you can accomplish anyt goal with the right plan.

My build is terrible compared to most natty builders, there were many more things I could have done/sacrificed to get a better build - steroids wasn't one of the options.
