"I really regret that work out"- Said Noone Ever.
I say this to myself all the time when I am debating on going to the gym. The outcome is always the same, if I don't go, I will always regret it. If I do go, I never regret that decison.

Some great quotes posted here! This is my current favorite, and although it isn't specifically about health/weight-loss it really gets me fired up to reach my goals.
"Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." - Marianne Williamson0 -
"I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" Without Him I could do nothing0

Don't know who said them, but just a couple I've come across on MFP.
"Don't reward yourself with food, you're not a dog"
and

Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Watch your actions, for they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.
