When I was 11 stone something on the scales (154lbs+) I thought OMG I must do something about this0
-
I would be thrilled with 150. For me it's 190... and I'm currently above that. : (0
-
269 ouch!! Never again will I see that weight!0
-
If i ever see anything above 165.0
-
Mine is 200 and I am currently above THAT!!! :noway:0
-
Anything above 160!0
-
Anything over 199lbs. I don't wanna go back there.0
-
141 or higher... It is easier to think oh I have to lose 30 something rather than 400
-
119.8 was when I said "something needs to change." Now if I hit below 105 or over 109 I adjust.0
-
I never want to see anything above 130 again, unless pregnant. :P0
-
for me it would be 200 and i am 231 riht now soo i have a ways to get out of this...0
-
anything above what i am right now lol0
-
When I eventually get blow it, mine will be 200!0
-
When I saw 158, it was too close to 160 for me and I knew I had to start losing.
However, now that I'm out of the 140s, I will be SO ANGRY if I ever see that number on my scale again.0 -
mine is 190LBS0

199lb is my major "ooooh noo!!!" hold an intervention for myself weight. 87kg (191lbs) is where I got stuck for a loooong time so I would also really really NOT like to see that number again! And I'm hoping one day to make it so I never see 80kg again either, even on a salty humid day where I am swelled like a balloon.0

For me it is 220.. I've hit that number twice now, and both times I immediately say whoa I am doing something about this now! Right now I'm at about 205 and hopefully i'll get down to 175-180. When that happens my Oh-*kitten* number will change to 200. Which with my build doesn't look that bad, but I want to be skinnier.0

It's so funny how that changes. I was 125 when my weight loss started and did not look good. Then got down to 111 and started doing strength training and was up to 123. Loved how I was at 123. Now I've lost a lot of the muscle.... If I reach my strength training and body type goals according to Jamie Eason's calculator I should weigh like 133. So now the number on the scale, by itself, doesn't mean a lot at all!0

if i ever see 350 again i will lose my mind. currently bouncing back and forth between 320 and 330. buh.0
-
don't have one.0

210lbs!! Most of my teens and early adulthood I was around 130-140lbs, never thought I'd see 180 let alone over 200. I'm down to 177, still have almost 30lbs to go but I'm on my way!0
-
220 is my oh *kitten* weight and right now at 225, but trying to add some muscle and have upped my c.alories. A few more weeks and ill trim down to 210 or or so0
-
Any weight above my goal weight! I'm fighting complacency right now....I've lost a few pounds but I don't want to get into the settling mindset.0
-
I want to stay under 140, but 145 is my absolute "never again" weight.0
-
224 was my highest. But I now try to keep my weight below 154 - I'm currently at 144, so it's a big window for error!0
-
My highest was 215. My "oh no" weight NOW is 190, because I have been struggling with it for almost a year, from 185 to 192. But last summer, it was taking all I had got to even touch 190, so I feel like that is an accomplishment.0
-
anything over 190 and I'm not lean ehough .. anything under 175 and I'm too lean ... Those are my numbers0
-
Like a weight that would freak me out? Or one I'd see and be like, "okay, lets do this again."
Freak me out weight: 120
Do it again weight: 115.0
