Last year sometime, around April, I stepped on the scale after months of not getting on the scale and it said 222. I was shocked and disappointed and tried to diet a few days because I never wanted to see 227 again, at that time it was my highest, I gave up on the diet and then the scale went up to, I went up to, 235. Never again will I see either of those numbers.0

I started out at 218lb and i am currently 202. Every time i get on the scales its an oh no number. I would take any number that doesn't start with a 2. I am aiming to weigh 199.99 tomorrow and then everything above that is my oh no number0

Mine is 170 lbs and I'm getting close to it since I started lifting. I'm hoping once my body adjusts to eating more and lifting that it'll go back down.0

Mine was when I went over 160 - I had never seen numbers like that before. Now I am trying to get back under 150. i am close, so once I get there I think it might be 150...0

I don't know if i have number but the minute i'm 7lbs above my goal weight thats will be an "oh No" moment as it will be easyier to reign in and get back under control.0

My "oh no" weight used to be 200, but then I saw 238 and it was a little more than OH NO!! 7 more lbs to get back to the 200 mark, and then I never want to see 2xx again!0

For me it is 200lbs.. I am 5'9 and as that is not that heavy or look that bad on me just the number 200 is scary for me. That is the reason I started this diet because I was 3 pounds from hiting that number and it scared the bo jibbas out of me.0

140lbs, that's my 'never go over' weight. I'm hoping to keep at between 130 - 135 as my maintenance range. 140 is 10 stone, I never want to see a 10 on my scale ever again!!!0

My "oh no" weigh is definitely 165. I am 5'5, so this is chunky for me. I want to get down to 135!0

I was 191 pounds at one point, which is terrible for someone as short as I am (5'2"). In fact, I was only 9 pounds shy of the weight I was when I gave birth to my son! That was definitely my "oh no!!!" weight!0

For me at the moment, it's 300 pounds. And yes, I'm not that far under it, but I'll never be that heavy again!0
