I have to try and remember that when we are taller, we are heavier...
My oh no weight was 220. Never again! I am much happier at 150-160 now.0 -

195 was the number that freaked me out when I realized I was almost #200. Now I'd probably be that way seeing 180.0

Mine will be 125. My highest was 180 while pregnant. Lowest ever was 110. Currently 150.
4'11" for reference.0 -
200 was my "Oh heck no" weight. I saw the scale at 193 and decided to make a change right then and there.

I've seen 300lbs on the scale and will never see that number again. So the new number will be 175. I don't ever want to see it at 175 again.0

Changing mine.
Mine would be 205; what I weighed the day I had my son. But my normal "oh no" weight is actually 155. That's where I was when I found MFP.0 -
Anything 200 and above, I remember the first time I saw the 200's a few years back, a feeling of disgust came over me, and the next day I changed my ways. Unfortunately pregnancy led me back to the 200's which is why I'm here, thankfully I've reached 197 now.0

Im far from my goal but I never ever want to see 326 ever again wow is all I can say about that :frown:0

200. Now that I'm under it and closer to the 180s, I NEVERRR want to see that 200 again!
But OMG, if I got back up to 220 again... damn. :sad:0 -
about 4 years ago it was 180, when I got on the scale 8 months ago I saw 222, so as of yesterday I was 179 and my uh oh is back to 180, never again.0

Mine was 278.6 when I decided I really needed to quit messing around & do something about my weight. Right now, after 4 months of flirting with 250, I'm finally below it, and I never want to see it again0
-
140 is my OMG I need to get back on track weight. I've never been over 140 and as long as i'm unpregnant I'm gonna try to keep it that way.
128 is my very happy, working out a lot, confident weight.0 -

When I was 140lbs I use to complain about my weight. That was about 2 years ago. BUT BOY DO I WISH I WAS THAT AGAIN I can't wait to say goodbye to the 150's! But I'm at the high end of the 160's atm! Haha0
-
207 and I never want to see that again. I am below it now, not by much. But I am going to do this. NEVER AGAIN! :glasses:0
-
We'll go with 240 because I am under that and 242 is the lowest weight I remember from my adult life. When I make it under 200, it will be 2000
