    It has NOTHING to do with being in relationship with possessive people. It is our preference and out of RESPECT for our men...
    I honestly have NOTHING in common with a male that is trying to lose weight, and although i would appreciate his support and encouragement i rather get it from a female going the the same struggles i am.

    ^^ This. I have 1 guy on my friends list and I've had a few creepy requests. I wouldn't mind adding males if I knew they weren't trying to be creepers. I think a lot of guys out there have good information to share I just don't take the time to FR them.

    I have only 2 guy friends on here and the one is my biggest supporter and not creepy at all. He's very sincere :smile: A couple of the women that friended me don't log in all the time :ohwell: I would love more friends guys/girls doesn't matter to me. I like the motivation!

    I didn't used to accept them (except GorillaNJ and BigPelly - they slipped through the cracks) for the first year or so I was on MFP.

    I was *seriously* missing out! You guys are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My advice would be "don't take everything so seriously". Most of what is posted on these forums is troll posts and sarcasm. Look for it before you start assasinating people's character.
