    it took me years to have the courage to leave the curtains open in my own home to workout, to have that natural light and breeze without the cringing feeling that the whole world was looking in and laughing at me, telling me to 'give up and have a cookie fatty'. now i know different and i hope that others do to, never be ashamed to try and know that all those before you, know the journey, the struggle and the benefits of getting up each day and just doing it as you can!
