I was just trying to figure out what to do with the chicken I defrosted and didn't use tonight! Going to buy a bottle of Franks tomorrow and try this out... sounds amazing

Awesome, Slaveway :grumble: has whole chicken on for 1.99 a pound. Will use this recipe to make stuffings for my whole wheat pita's. Yummers.
    :drinker:
    Thanks for sharing.

It's yummy, just remember, for those looking out, the sodium is going to be off the chain, though...

I was wondering about that, any ideas to lower the sodium?

I made a similar recipe once, and after reading labels discovered that TABASCO sauce is WAY LOWER in sodium

I've tried to find a lower sodium hot sauce and there really are not many choices, they are all extremely high in sodium. My only suggestion would be to try not using the whole bottle of sauce.

If your counting sodium (like me) your not eating this.... unless you have cheat days (and I do). Think I'll try this with either Texas Pete's or Sirachi.

Maybe you could use half a bottle instead of a full bottle. If your worried about losing heat toss in a Scotch Bonnet (or be really brave and use a Ghost Pepper).
