I do carb cycling. 6 days at 50g carbs, then overload for 2 days, and so on and so forth. But being low carb, and lifting weights suck, you have ZERO strength or energy.0

I eat low carb and yes it messes up the bathroom schedule really bad but the protein makes me feel full so much longer and there is no crash0

Me. I try not to eat more than 50 grams a day. I have pretty much cut out all wheat and most other grains. I do eat an occasional sweet potato and popcorn if I'm feeling snacky. But I mostly eat protein and veggies and nuts and a little dairy, but I've cut way back on that too because I actually have lactose intolerance. I used to eat a lot of greek yogurt and cottage cheese but my digestive system did not like that.0

I'm currently low carbing (30 g) to cut down for a meet and right now it sucks! Tried to lift heavy yesterday and felt so weak and light headed. I can't wait to go back to carb backloading. The upside is that the pounds are coming off relatively fast.0
