    Sounds great, and they are only 15 cals per tot? Just confirming.

    That is what my calculations came out to when I entered it into the recipe section of personal MFP log in... it may be a few calories off depending on the bread crumbs you use. I personally used Kikoman panko bread crumbs

    Erica, do you have this entered into the MFP food/calorie database? Thanks

    Wonder if anyone has tried this with spaghetti squash innards (perhaps a more sweet tater tot with cinnamon & a diff cheese) or eggplant???
