    You know how when you lose weight and you see a few people you haven't seen in three months, they can really see it? And they spend lots of time complimenting you and asking what you're doing, and you can share MFP with them, and it feels fantastic?

    And how over the course of your journey, you rediscover facets of yourself that had maybe been a little too dormant, or you dare to do new things?

    And you regain your confidence, and you are not afraid to really let yourself shine?
