    I just don't have room for all the free weights to change up my weight and I don't have a rack so I am afraid I will drop the bar

    I like it...it helps stretch sore muscles
    the water aerobics help sore muscles too

    Did you know my Personal Trainer set me up good with what to do before I ran out of sessions?

    did you also know that if I tried to do it at home I'd probably never do it, I love the Y!

    Can I tell you that I have hyper Flexible Joints which causes joint pain if I over do it? I've been told I need to strengthen my muscles to give them more stability. Can you believe my body moves in unreal ways because I'm so flexible?
