    Density = Mass/Volume. Both weigh 3 pounds (mass) but the fat occupies a higher volume(i.e. -it takes up more space), therefore the muscle is denser than the fat....Do you know I love teaching science ?

    do you know that my employer is big on fitness too and I feel I can justify some of being on here?
    Would you know that we get lots of kick backs (gift cards which get added to salary) from our insurance company for logging exercises daily, attending check ins every six month and hitting fitness goals, and also from filling out surveys? Do you think these all compensate for the raised health insurance prices?
