    I am 49 but would love to be part of your support team. Here are some tips:

    1-don't keep trigger foods in the house
    2-drink 64 oz of water a day. i went to old navy and got a cute 20oz cup. been drinkin water every since
    3-try to eat good healthy w/ fruits, veggies, lean protiens etc. I am realizing yes i can still eat chips but
    how is that helping my body?
    4-if you have a bad day or meal get right back on it!

    Anyway, here for you my friend!
