    How many calories you NET per day: Averaging at around 1000 at the moment, I don't always eat back exercise calories but I'm sure that this will go up and down.
    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: I have began exercising every single day, aiming for 40 minutes.

    EDIT: Do you mean NET as in calculated from the calories you've ate minus the calories you've burned? I feel the need to say that I do eat 1200 on most days, not 1000 but I get more through exercise that I don't always use.

    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: lately 0, when im doing my routine its 5 days - three weight lifting days @ about 30 minutes each and two cardio days at 40-60 minutes each. of course thats not counting things like walking my kids to school and to the park and stuff that i could probably get away with adding as exercise.
